Common fixes
Touch and hold the cut mark in the transcript and choose Fix join in timeline. Move the edge by hand there (Cutline Pro), or change Crossfade at cuts — anywhere from 5 to 40 ms — in Settings → Editing.
Double-tap the word and choose Fix spelling; words Cutline wasn't sure of open the correction with a single tap. The timing never changes. If a whole recording looks off, use Transcribe again with the other engine or another language. If the new transcript has the same words, your cuts and hand adjustments carry over; if it doesn't, Cutline asks before replacing anything.
That's recoverable. The project still opens and the transcript is intact. Point Cutline at the file again: it matches by length and content rather than by name, so a rename isn't a problem.
Open Settings → Cutline Pro and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account. To change or cancel a subscription, use Manage subscriptions.
Manage subscriptionsSettings → Delete all data erases projects, transcripts, versions, exports and settings from the device, and recordings made in Cutline go with them. Files you added from the Files app stay where they are, and downloaded speech models stay downloaded.
